Manitex International Announces Closing of CVS Assets Acquisition
Bridgeview, IL, July 5, 2011 - Manitex International, Inc. (Nasdaq: MNTX), today announced that effective July1, 2011, its Italian subsidiary, CVS Ferrari srl, has completed the closing procedures with the appropriate Italian court for the transaction to acquire certain assets of CVS SpA.
On June 30, 2010 Manitex International, Inc., (NASDAQ: MNTX) announced that its newly formed Italian subsidiary, CVS Ferrari, SRL, had entered into an agreement to operate, on an exclusive rental basis, the business of CVS Ferrari.
