Acquisition of the Company Papalini (ex Kalmar dealer for Italy) to create CVS Service and establish the leadership in after sales service market

Launch in the market of the F400 series;development of the first hydrostatic straddle carrier with direct drive system

Production of the first Ferrari Container Runner, a new revolutionary concept of mini straddle carrier one over one with variable centre of gravity; production of the first diesel electric straddle carrier with direct drive system and power on demand control

In July 2010, Manitex International's subsidiary CVS Ferrari srl entered into an exclusive agreement to operate the business of CVS SPA.
