The Shareholders and the Board of Directors of CVS S.p.A, during the Meetings held on September 1^st 2007, have taken the following determinations:

-         cooptation in the Board of Directors of Mr. Artemio Affaticati

-         appointment of Mr. Affaticati as CEO of CVS Group  (CVS S.p.A., Comeri Srl, CAMVI Srl, CRVI Srl, MPR Srl, CVS Service Srl)

The Board of Directors gave to the new CEO the task to implement the new Business Plan of the Group, that can be summarized as follows:

-         Double the Production Capacity before September 2010

-         Improve profitability

-         Streamline the Group structure

Artemio Affaticati, 53, has 15 years’ experience in the Logistics Industry. He has been Division President of Siemens AG – L&A, Materials Handling Products, in Nuremberg, Germany. Before, Affaticati was Director of Global Research and Development for Mannesmann Dematic AG in Offembach, Germany.
